No Diary + No Vinegar = fun?

A buddy of mine reported an amazing increase in his energy levels after working with a particular “alternative” nutritionist. I trust my friend, even though he looked a little gray, so I got in touch with this person and setup an appointment, for today. I don’t have all the details yet, those will be coming in a FAX, probably tomorrow, but here are some clues about my food plan for now:

  • Only 1 fresh fruit a day instead of 3
  • No diary
  • No soy except edamame (which I love anyway)
  • No raw veggies (I currently eat 20 ounces of these a day).
  • Use only egg whites
  • Use lemon juice in place of vinegar
  • Well, I admit I’m skeptical but, I’m willing. Energy would be good.
