Misterimpatient

In most office buildings it seems the mens room and ladies room (loo) are back to back so they can share common plumbing. More then once I’ve been reading a good book when someone sits on the other side of the wall and disturbs my peace. I noticed something different the other day though. I’m at the urinal when I hear the flush in the ladies room. Not more then 5 seconds later I hear someone leave that room. 5 Seconds and I think I’m being generous.

I admit I don’t usually wash for the 30 seconds recommended but I do use soap and water and enough time to make sure both engage in creating bubbles. Hell, it takes me 5 seconds to dry my hands!

5 seconds, maximum. Is this the new 5 second rule?
